Bob Marsden : Minister

David Barnsley : Associate Minister

Our senior pastor has been with us since 1999. After finishing at University, keen cricketer Marsden hung up his pads and became a history teacher. Following training at Oak Hill and ordination, he was curate at St. Nicks, Sevenoaks and chaplain at Fettes School, Edinburgh, before joining us at Trinity.
Bob is married to Julia, his childhood sweetheart, and they have two sons, Johny and Ben.
When not preaching at the front you'll still find Bob reliving the glory days, at the crease for the local cricket club.

Having previously served in churches in Rotherham and Derbyshire, Dave joined us as Associate Minister in the summer of 2020. He had the joy of starting working with us without actually being able to be with us due to Covid restrictions!

He likes the smell of freshly brewed coffee (milk, no sugar if you're asking!), walks in the Peak District and hasn't completely given up following Sheffield Wednesday.

Anna Watkin : Children's, Schools' and Youth Worker   Kate Smith : Administrator

Anna joined us in August 2019 with a wealth of experience working with children and young people.

A woman of many talents, our current favourite is her ability to do accents from all over the world. When not busy with work, she can be found staring lovingly at the cheese counter in Waitrose!

Our 'go to' for all things admin, Kate has been in the role since 2012, but did spend time here as a ministry trainee from 2008 to 2010.

Kate has been married to Mike since 2013. Outside of work Kate enjoys pilates, cake, Earl Grey tea, and has a passionate love of Dachshunds.
